This urban condo is all about the artwork. With an open first floor and lots of different pieces, horizontal stripes were chosen to unify the space & provide a “frame” for the artwork. Red is a common color in the art, so a thin red stripe helps it read as a collection. A favorite art piece has a prominent place above the dining table.
