A collaborative project with Packard Design completely renovated the living, dining, & kitchen into a Tuscan retreat. A patterned checkerboard carpet mirrors the tile in the entryway. Tones of yellow & wheat keep the space warm with accents of red & green. The furniture arrangement for this space is perfect for a cozy night at home or entertaining others from the upper dining & kitchen. To make a bold first impression, a window was created in the main wall in the entryway.
In the dining room, black & white framed photos of the couple’s trip to Italy stand out & tie together with other accents. A small doorway, pantry, & pass through were replaced with a large arch to open up the space. Custom cabinet doors mimic the archway. A new island was also custom created to provide workspace, storage, & out of the way seating. Another arch was cut out to create a window to the entryway.
