A bathroom in need of some sunshine, this room started off with a fresh coat of yellow paint. To help balance the bright yellow a dusty blue chair rail was added. A slightly darker blue was used to stencil a diamond pattern onto the chair rail. By using a stencil the pattern was softer and the diamonds less severe. To help incorporate the white cabinets into the new blue chair rail, the trim on the doors was painted to match.
